Why Forever Living?
Last summer I was feeling very low health wise. My physical health was a disaster: I was run down, my PCOS symptoms were kicking my arse more than usual and my weight was far too high. Mentally, I was also a mess. My anxiety had reached tipping point. I was suffering from terrible panic attacks and heart palpitations. I’d put on a front and act like all was grand in life, but in reality I was struggling to get through a day without breaking down in tears. I was a total mess- miserable and bitter! Not nice to be, or to be around. Enter Forever Living!
What made me say “yes” to Forever?
Along came Laura from More to Life. She introduced me to Forever Living products and gave me some amazing advice. I started by buying the Aloe Gel- it tasted disgusting to begin with, I’ll be honest, but after a few weeks I felt much better in myself. I was less bloated, had more energy and some of my symptoms of PCOS were easing. As I learned more about the products, I began to buy more and more. I fell in love with everything Aloe Vera! The C9 cleanse, the skincare, the Bee Pollen. Everything that I tried made me feel better in some way. I’d been looking for a hobby for a while, and I was definitely passionate about making myself feel better, both physically and mentally. I also loved the vibe that Laura and other Forever Living Business Owners were putting out there.
The Forever way…
“Your vibe attracts your tribe” and that’s true. I met Laura for a coffee to hear more about the business and the opportunity. Did it sound too good to be true? Was it a scam?
To do well in Forever Living, you’ve got to work hard. This is not, and I repeat NOT, a get rich quick scheme! I worked my butt off in the first few months. I worked hard to get to Assistant Supervisor, I made plenty of sales, which in turn gave me my first debt free Christmas, and I made some wonderful friends in my team.
In February and March, however, I barely made a sale. Why? My attitude was shocking. “I can’t do this”, “People don’t take me seriously”, “No one wants to listen”… the excuses went on and on. But the only issue was that my mindset was slipping. In April, I had an amazing month. My mojo is definitely back!
Last weekend I went on training that I had won a place on for exceeding targets in December, and I went to our Success Day too. Game changers!
Here, I was invited on stage and celebrated! The men and women who were with me were incredibly positive and supportive, regardless of how new to the business you were or how many people in your team you had. To be surrounded by such empowering people was contagious. I came away knowing what I want from life. To help others find their passions and to bring Forever Living to as many people as possible. Why would I not want this, when I work with a company who takes care of it’s own and encourages us all to make the world a kinder place. I want to build my Forever Living business alongside my teaching and coaching commitments.
Forever in my heart.
Forever Living, and the girls on my team- who I now certainly count as friends- have taught me so much in such a short space of time:
- Do what makes you happy.
- Be kind to people.
- Look after yourself.
- Eat well.
- Have fun.
- Be ambitious.
- Don’t feel guilty about dropping the negativity.
- Be authentic.
I can’t wait to start helping other people maximise on this opportunity, guiding them to create the life that they truly want and deserve!
Don’t just take my word for it either…
