Well-being, in my eyes, is how we take care of our mind, body and soul. From fitness, to diet, to relaxation, it all counts. For me, September is my well-being month as I find it a tough month. I go back to work, and the nights become longer. Although I love both of these things, the changes often do have a negative impact on my physical and mental health. This year, I refuse to allow this to happen!
As part of my well-being month, the lovely Kimberli from www.beautifulchaos2015.com has told me all about her passion- photography. Read on, it’s inspiring!
Photography: What was my inspiration?
Ever since I was a little girl I have been inspired by taking photos, looking at photos and imaging what people were thinking in the photo and what inspired that photo. You are capturing a moment in time, paused for the world to see your work. One day you could inspire someone too and that is my lifes goal. You get to relive that moment whether you were there or it was 100 years ago.
You can compare the past to the present, how you look like a certain relative or just a reminder that life has little gifts all around. I love to capture unexpected moments, a mom and her baby for example, something so simple has so much meaning behind it. Or the gorgeous sunset on a summers evening, while you can see it on a clear night the picture of it on a rainy cloudy evening reminds you that theres light behind the darkness ♡
Pictures hold more than just a moment they hold emotions, love and they are how we celebrate someone who is not longer here or a friend across the country. Head over to www.beautifulchaos2015.com
