I decided that I need a bit of meditation in my life, a bit of “mindfulness” if you would. I downloaded the Mindful app, paying £1.69 for it on iTunes.
The app allows you to take pauses throughout your day, in order to rebalance and diffuse any stress. I for one find this particularly useful. It’s subtle and only lasts 15 seconds so you can meditate in your break, or even on your way home.
There are also daily lessons which really help you to unwind and focus. The body scan lesson and the object meditation. They truly calm me and allow me to realign my mind, body and soul.
I think that it’s a bargain and a purse friendly way of getting some mindfulness into your own busy lives.
